Remezcla by Tiny Tree

I created 'Remezcla' durning the Covid19 pandemic of 2020.

This small remix album came about from my busy creative imagination and ADHD mind trying to cope with what i was seeing and experiencing durning this quarantine.

I was in a funk. I was getting depressed, feeling worthless, feeling like I had no control over my life anymore and I couldn't do anything I wanted to do. It was taking me on an emotional roller coaster. I was pretty bummed, I missed playing with Addison, I missed playing shows, I missed a form of normalcy that maybe I took for granted. Regardless, I had to construct or create something.

The idea to remix some of the Tiny Tree tracks was around for a while but maybe this was the time to play around with that. So I asked Addison if he could help me out and he was kind enough to send me the stems from our recent album 'Embolism' to use and play around with.

I began to finally feel like i had somewhat of a purpose again durning this quarantine and woke up everyday getting to work on remixes. It gave me something to do and even though only two tracks out of the many versions I had survived the final cut, I'm happy to say these two feel right to me.
