nobody knows from sense by TONE

all the things that we did yesterday,
they blend in with tomorrow, we can't ever say
laying here with you in the afternoon,
i had just noticed that the sun went down

all the conversations that we've had,
over time, i always begin to forget them
i wish that i could grab a pen & rewrite those memories,
is that okay?

nobody knows what will happen,
even people like us will never know
what the future might bring

if i were to blow a flower,
i could never know where the petals will go,
so why should we even try?

of course i could remember your face,
but what about all of the others that i've seen?
when somebody moves on from their life,
they've already forgot all the faces they've seen

if i were to mix all of the days,
will there be a moment where i become unaware?
when i think about that, i get anxious
so i'd rather get rid of those thoughts

nobody knows what will happen,
simple humans like us will never know
what the next year might bring

if we were to reverse the time,
would it really make a difference if we know everything or not?
