Deluge District from The Interloper by Vesoir

The malfunction of Leviathan’s Slumber’s artificial weather generator proved to have a drastic effect on life within the city. Some sections of the city do not contain the proper draining and recycling systems to combat the constant torrent of water. This has caused extensive flooding across large portions of the city.
The largest of these flood zones is Sector D-17, colloquially dubbed "Deluge District". This district is considered uninhabitable for most non-aquatic species.

The Interloper's notes - "Interestingly, the mechanical servitors still roam this area of the city, despite clearly not being suited for deep waters. It was quite amusing watching them continuously attempt to trudge through the flooded streets, only to be carried away with the current again and again."
