[ A NOTE FROM WARMSYNTHS ]

The number is one thousand. It’s a clean, steady number. People like to say the stats don't matter, but when you see that one pop up on the screen, you actually stop for a second. You think about all those people sitting in rooms you’ll never see, actually taking the time to listen to these bleeps and bloops I make. It’s a pretty cool feeling.

I called the album Warm Scenes. There isn’t a big concept or a long-winded story here. It’s just pieces of sound.

I wanted it to feel real. Not polished or shiny, but raw, kind of like that low hum of the fridge when the house is finally quiet at night. I’m not trying to tell you how to feel with these tracks. You just listen and see what happens. Maybe it makes you think of something from years ago, or maybe it’s just nice background noise while you’re doing the dishes. Either way, that’s what it’s about for me.

This is for the thousand of you. It’s just my way of saying a massive thank you for being here and checking out what I do. It’s the small, quiet moments that usually end up sticking with us the most anyway.
