Worlds away the message spreads aflame
The persecution only strengthens Jesus' name
Hunted they share hoping to save a few
Staring at death, their last breath expels the truth
They've got eternity to cling to

Please be brave and just tell me who we serve

For the God they know will take them home

I'm afraid to share the truth while I have everything
I could speak refining fire but I'm not good at evangelizing
What if I offend someone, I let the idea pass
The doubting stain on both my eyes blocks out their hourglass
Anxious, I cling to comforts I've always known
All of my idols struggle before Your throne
