"until between" is an exploration of what it means to call somewhere home. Curated and commissioned by violinist Marie Schreer, the album brings together poetry, composition and improvisation to reflect on memory, language, belonging, and resistance. It features three new works: Schreer’s "All things must be audible at all times", probing identity through language and sound; Ashkan Behzadi’s "Ballads: Oblique", incorporating new poetry from Taher Adel and weaving fragility and resilience against the backdrop of war; and Aaron Holloway-Nahum’s "If I am from somewhere I am from there", a layered portrait of belonging drawn from interviews with Schreer and her family.
